Business Challenge

When the brand first approached us, their goal was to strengthen their digital presence and reach a broader customer base. They aimed to rank higher in search engines, attract more customers to their local branches, and generally increase website traffic. When our team analyzed the current situation, we identified several key issues:

  • Insufficient local SEO optimization,
  • Lack of blog content to drive traffic,
  • The need for technical SEO improvements,
  • Low site speed.

Additionally, in such a highly competitive industry, we observed that the right keywords weren’t being targeted and the overall user experience needed enhancement. These findings were crucial to helping Novacar achieve its digital goals.

Our work began in April 2023. After a year and a half, the brand achieved a 125% increase in organic clicks and a 492% increase in organic impressions.

Solution 01: Site Audit

We conducted a site analysis and began working on the following issues:

  • Pages missing a title, H1, or meta description.
  • Pages with duplicate titles, H1 tags, or meta descriptions.
  • Pages with incorrect or irrelevant titles, H1 tags, or meta descriptions.
  • Pages returning 404 errors.
  • Faulty pages listed in the sitemap.
  • Unminified CSS and JS code.
  • Pages with low word count.

Solution 02: Competitor Analysis and Position Tracking

While our team was carrying out optimization efforts on the website, we also closely monitored the brand’s competitors. We focused particularly on traffic analyses such as:

  • Estimated monthly traffic of competitors
  • Traffic sources of competitors
  • Keywords most likely to drive conversions

Through domain analysis, we examined how much of the competitors’ traffic came from branded vs. non-branded searches. Then, we analyzed high-ranking competitor pages for the target keywords in detail and developed a strategic roadmap accordingly. This process of analysis and strategy development was continuous, ensuring the brand could catch up with and eventually surpass key players in the industry.

At the same time, our team monitored the brand’s keyword performance on a daily basis. To ensure landing pages were receiving organic traffic, page rankings were also tracked. For this purpose, dedicated landing pages were created and enriched with SEO-friendly content.

As a result, rankings improved for 22 targeted keywords, and the brand started ranking for 13 new queries that had not previously generated any visibility.
